  1. Data files for DEEDPLT are simple sequential files.  They may be read with any
  2. text reader, even TYPE.  They may be edited with any text editor.

  4. An extension is automatically appended to your filename.  The default extension
  5. is .PLT, but this can be changed thru <PARAMTRS>.  I strongly suggest that you
  6. keep everything (DEEDPLT, all help files, and your data) on the same floppy
  7. and\or hard drive subdirectory.  I gave up trying to write code to support
  8. assorted drives & subdirectories under QuickBASIC.

  10. The file format is 4 lines for each station as follows:

  12. To, From, Direction (in degrees), Distance (in feet)
  13. Original numeric Data
  14. NorthIncrement, EastInc, NorthSum, EastSum  (in feet)

  19. Access to the entire text files is thru <CONTENTS>.
